We make the process of re-bridging and secured loans simple by having all the expertise needed - in-house.

Re-bridging loans and redevelopment finance for intermediaries - reliable, approachable, personal.

We offer great products but if these don't fit your criteria,
we can create a bespoke loan - fast.

Simpler, Faster, Easier...

We are a privately funded bridging lender and offer first charge bridging & re-bridging loans on non-owner occupied residential and commercial properties with loans from £27,500 to £5,000,000+.

We have a variety of different products available to borrowers needing bridge or rebridge finance; from a simple loan to fund the purchase or refinance of a property, where we can offer up to 75% of the value of the property, to a loan for a heavy refurbishment project where we can offer up to 100% of the purchase price and 100% of the refurbishment costs.

We can lend from as short as 1 day to as long as 18 months.

We underwrite all our loans with a common sense approach. We have guaranteed funds available to lend and structure every loan to meet the borrower's needs. Our overriding objective is to provide a fast, reliable and transparent service to professional borrowers.
